Down payment discount / rebate: 8% of 2nd Installment of BSP
Booking Amount (1st Installment): Rs 500000 + 15450 (Service Tax) = Rs 515450 / Rs 600000/- + 18540 (Service Tax) = Rs 618540
Within 60 days of booking (2st Installment): 95% of BSP to be completed + 100 % of DC + 100% Podium Area & Other Charges
At the time of offer of possession (3st Installment): Balance Amount + Other Charges (as applicable)

Within 120 days of Booking: 10%of BSP + 50 % of DC

On Casting of Fifth Floor Roof Slab: 7.5% of BSP + 25% of Other Charges + 25% Podium Area
On Casting of Seventh Floor Roof Slab: 7.5% of BSP
On Casting of Tenth Floor Roof Slab: 7.5% of BSP
On Casting of Last Floor Roof Slab: 7.5% of BSP
On Completion of Internal Plaster: 5% of BSP
On completion of Flooring: 5% of BSP
